Organised by the Penang Institute, GTLF 2026 explores the theme “Cosmopolises”, celebrating the convergence of diverse cultures, ideas, and stories that connect communities beyond borders. This year’s festival brings together 53 distinguished local and international thinkers from 20 countries.
