Today marks a phenomenal milestone for Greatech as we officially kick off the 2026 Digital Library Transformative Program for 10 new schools, while simultaneously celebrating the grand opening of the 2025 Greatech Digital Library at SJKC Li Hwa (representing our 10 completed 2025 schools)!
With a fresh commitment of RM2 million this year, our cumulative contribution toward this vision has now surpassed RM4.5 million. By the end of year 2026, this sustainable framework will have successfully modernized a total of 23 schools, directly empowering over 14,000 students and educators with essential digital literacy for the future.
We were deeply honored by the presence of the Chief Minister of Penang, YAB Tuan Chow Kon Yeow, whose support highlights the immense impact of public-private partnerships in driving community progress. It was a joy to celebrate alongside the representatives from our 10 outstanding 2026 schools, all sharing a unified vision to transform the educational landscape across the state.
Moving beyond basic access, this year’s program focuses on accelerating tech-readiness and cultivating a mindset of innovation. By transforming traditional spaces into digital hubs, we are ensuring our students aren’t just consumers of technology, but the future creators, engineers, and leaders of tomorrow’s digital economy.
