Greatech is pleased to open a new round of applications for 2027 Digital Library Transformative Program under the Great Care Fund.

Through this programme, Greatech will provide funding and project support to selected schools to transform their existing libraries into modern digital learning spaces. The transformed libraries are intended to provide conducive environments where students can read, explore knowledge, collaborate and develop essential digital learning skills.

To ensure quality and consistent transformation experience, the selected schools must:

• Agree to adopt the standard interior design concept developed under this program.
• Nominate a school representative from the board who can serve as the decisionmaker and act as the liaison throughout the project.
• Be open to collaborating closely with Greatech’s appointed contractor and design team.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to public primary and secondary schools located in Penang and Kulim.
• Priority will be given to schools with a student population of at least 300 students and do not have an existing digital library.
• Allow students convenient access to the digital library while extending library operating hours.

Steps to Apply:

Step 1: Complete the Online Application Form

• Submit the online application form by 20^th November 2026:

Step 2: Receive the Proposal Template

• Upon receiving the completed online application, Greatech will email the proposal template to the school using the contact details provided in the application form. Applicants are advised to provide an active email address and regularly check their inbox, including the junk or spam folder.

Step 3: Complete the Proposal

• Complete all required sections of the proposal template and attach the relevant supporting documents. Applicants are required to review the programme requirements, terms, and conditions carefully before submitting the proposal.

Step 4: Submit the Completed Proposal

• Email the completed proposal and all required supporting documents to: csr@greatech-group.com by 27^th November 2026.
• Please use this email subject: Digital Library Transformative Program 2027 Proposal – [School Name]

Step 5: Application Review and Shortlisting

• Shortlisted schools will be contacted between 21^st December 2026 – 4^th January 2027 for further assessment, which will include site visit and due diligence.
• Participation in the site visit and assessment process does not guarantee final selection.

Important Dates

• Online application deadline: 4 – 20 November 2026
• Proposal submission deadline: 4 – 27 November 2026
• Shortlisting and assessment period: 21 December 2026 – 4 January 2027
