We are deeply honored to be recognised for our commitment to corporate governance, having been named one of the ASEAN Asset Class Public Listed Companies (PLCs) at the ASEAN Corporate Governance Conference and Awards (CGCA) 2025!
The ASEAN CGCA, organized by the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF), is a prestigious regional initiative that recognizes public-listed companies across ASEAN for their excellence in corporate governance. Central to this recognition is the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS), developed jointly by the ACMF and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The scorecard assesses and promotes governance standards among public-listed companies in six ASEAN countries, where ASEAN Asset Class distinction is awarded to companies that score at least 97.5 points out of 130 on this scorecard, highlighting their dedication to meet high governance standards.
